Application for Arizona Centennial 2012 Legacy Project Designation

Submit your application before February 14, 2012.

First, download and open the pdf application, fill out the fields and print it.

Next, prepare a maximum of three pages that address the following areas, in the order listed:

  • General description of the project.
  • Describe how this project meets the Legacy Project criteria.
  • Project timeline. Give details regarding planning and implementation.
  • Describe the project location.
  • List project partners, if applicable.
  • Attach a proposed budget, showing total project cost and funding sources.
  • Please also provide letters of support from project partners and sponsors. These are in addition to the three-page maximum.

Mail the application and completed package to:
